What we collect

Account details (name, email, password hash), workspace content you create or import (prompts, generated assets, research data, brand kits), and usage records (jobs run, credits spent). Payment details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

Solely to operate the product: running your generations and scrapes, storing your assets, metering credits, and providing support. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

Workspace isolation

Every workspace is isolated with database row-level security. Your research, brand data and generations are never visible to other workspaces.

Third-party processors

Generation requests are fulfilled by AI model providers (fal.ai and others); scraping uses Apify and official platform APIs (including YouTube API Services — by using YouTube-sourced research you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy); payments use Stripe. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Retention & deletion

Content stays until you delete it or your workspace. On workspace deletion all associated data (assets, research, jobs, ledgers) is removed. Email us to request account deletion or a data export.

Cookies

We use only functional storage (login session, UI preferences). No advertising trackers.
