The service

Loop Studio is a creative-intelligence platform: AI generation across multiple models, market research scraping, and analysis reports, metered by credits shared across your workspace. Every action shows its credit cost before you run it.

Your content

You own what you create. You grant us only the hosting rights needed to store and serve your assets back to you. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload or reference.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to create unlawful, infringing or deceptive content; don't scrape sources in violation of their terms; don't attempt to access other workspaces. Trending-sound data is metadata only — license music with the rights holder before commercial use. AI outputs can be inaccurate; review before publishing.

Credits & billing

Plans renew monthly through Stripe. Credits are held when a job starts, captured on success and released on failure. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
